Billingham welcomed Shildon to the Norton Sports Complex and continued a difficult start to the season, being hit for six by the Railwaymen.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 16th minute with DAVID REYNARD firing home to the near post from a tight angle from the left.

They doubled their lead from the penalty spot in the 44th minute when former Synner Anthony Peacock was fouled in the box; BILLY GRUELICH-SMITH converting the penalty.

Half-time: Synners 0, Shildon 2

In the 56th minute Shildon added a third as ADAM BURNNICLE got in behind the Synners defence and slotted home, BURNICLE then netted again to give them a comfoartable lead in the 73rd minute.

A fifth came in the 75th minute with REYNARD notching his second of the game with a shot in front of goal. Shildon capped off their good night's work with a 6th in the 89th minute with substitute CAMERON FENTON getting his name on the scoresheet.
