The club's top award, the Paul Roberts Player of the Season award, in memory of the never forgotten Synthonia player, was awarded to Chay Liddle. Runner up was Danny Newby and in 3rd place Nathan Jameson. The top goalscorer award was presented to Danny Newby. Click the images below to enlarge.

Synthonia won 8-0 away against Bishop Auckland this evening in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. Chay Liddle opened the scoring (6 mins) which was added to by Nathan Porritt (16 mins). Liddle added his second with a neat dink over the goalkeeper to give Synners a comfortable half-time lead (32 mins). After the break and David Abel got his name on the score-sheet (47 mins), before Porritt added his second from a free-kick (51 mins). Porritt completed his hat-trick with a fine finish (62 mins) and Steven Huggins scored twice to complete the scoring (72 & 77 mins). Match Report

The 2012/13 season presentation night, which will include: the Paul Roberts Player of the Season presentation and Top Goalscorer presentation as well as the Synners £1,000 Grand Draw, plus a Quiz, will take place in the Synners Bar on Saturday 11th May. With it being FA Cup Final Day, doors will open at 5pm to take in the match amongst friends. All players, sponsors & supporters are welcome to attend what is sure to be a great night.

Billingham won 4-1 away against Celtic Nation this evening in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. A Steven Baynes strike was added to after the break by David Abel. Nation pulled a goal back through Graham Anthony, but two goals from Nathan Wilson, the first a penalty, ensured a much deserved three points. Match Report

Synners won 3-1 away against Sunderland RCA this afternoon in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. A 5th minute own goal from former Synner Brian Close and a Danny Newby penalty in the 10th minute set Billingham on their way. RCA pulled a goal back through Kevin Gordon in the 38th minute. Synthonia were awarded a second penalty in the 89th minute which Newby put wide, but a third penalty, in the 92nd minute, was converted by Steven Huggins. Match Report

Synthonia lost 4-1 away against Consett this afternoon in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. First half goals from the Steelmen's Luke Sullivan and Aristote Guerin-Lokonga gave them a two goal cushion at the break. Danny Newby halved the deficit for Synners from the penalty spot following a foul on Aidan Cattermole. Consett though added two further goals from Sullivan and Matthew Slocombe. Match Report

Synners lost 2-1 away against Shildon this evening in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. A 17th minute strike from the hosts' Robbie Briggs was cancelled out just before the break with a 45th minute free-kick from Nathan Porritt. Shildon scored the winner through Sam Garvie in the 82nd minute. Match Report

Synthonia lost 5-0 away against Penrith this evening in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. All the hosts goals came in a twenty one minute first half spell. Penrith were reduced to ten men in the 70th minute when Steven Ainsworth was given a straight red, but Synners were unable to put a dent in the score-line. Match Report

Synthonia drew 2-2 at home against West Auckland Town this evening in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. West opened the scoring when a free-kick into the box saw the ball hit Ashley Coffey and roll into the net (40 mins). Synners levelled through Nathan Wilson who followed up on a Nathan Jameson blocked shot (52 mins). West Auckland regained the lead from a dubious penalty decision which John Campbell converted (79 mins). Billingham equalised two minutes later though when Jameson went through on goal and coolly finished (81 mins). Match Report

Synners won 3-2 at home against Team Northumbria this afternoon in the Ebac Northern League Division 1. Billingham took a two goal half-time lead with a Danny Newby header (7 mins) and a Chay Liddle strike (22 mins). A third goal from Andrew Burton put Synthonia well and truly in the driving seat (51 mins). Synthonia won 3-0 after extra time away against Northallerton Town this evening in the Brooks Mileson League Cup 3rd Round. Synners dominated in the second half of the ninety minutes, but couldn't find a breakthrough until early in extra time when Joel Callender's shot was diverted into his own net by Stuart Dunn (94 mins). Danny Newby latched onto Matt Crossen's cross to make it two (108 mins), before Chay Liddle added a third from James Dowson's pass (120 mins) to set up a home tie against Newcastle Benfield in the next round.
